We have implemented Budgetary Control (Advisory) and Journal Approval.

We have two journals waiting to be approved and it shows the Fund Status as 'Not attempted'.

Can someone please clarify what is the Fund Status 'Not attempted' means please?

Approvers of the two journals are not getting the notifications to approve the journals. I am wondering whether the Fund Status 'Not attempted' is the cause.
