Limitation for Edit Question Branching Functionality - Procurement Cloud Compliance Checklists

Hi everyone,

This post addresses a limitation encountered while implementing conditional workflows within Oracle Procurement Cloud Compliance Checklists (24A).

The Issue:

We're attempting to set up conditional questions where follow-up questions depend on the user's initial responses. However, the "Edit Question Branching" pop-up window is not responding. Please see the attached document.

Oracle Support's Response:

The suggested solution was to set the browser zoom level to 67% or below, attributing the issue to a browser limitation (Edge/Chrome). Alternatively, using Mozilla Firefox was proposed.

Our Concerns:

While we appreciate the workaround, we respectfully disagree with the conclusion that this eliminates the application as the root cause. Here's why:
