Auto Stop Assessment Request on Rejected by Employer

Summary:

Is there a way to auto stop an assessment request once a candidate has been rejected? We are running into the issue where candidates may have an active assessment invitation on another requisition (even though they have been rejected) and when you try to move them to HR on a different requisition, we are receiving an error that they have an active assessment planned for the candidate. And you have to manually go back to that candidate on the other requisition and stop the request.
