Questions about Cancel Job Offer Feature - ORC/Journeys
Summary:
We are testing out the Cancel Job Offer feature and have couple questions/issues:
- Rejection Reason is not displaying in Progress Summary/History - is this expected? When we reject candidates in other ways (not using Cancel Job Offer), we are able to review the rejection reason in Progress History/Summary.
2. When the cancel job offer option is actioned when the candidate is in the HR phase, their Journey remains afterwards. Is it possible to configure so that when we action Cancel Job Offer during the HR phase and state, the candidate's Journey is automatically deleted?
