How to change default period in General Ledger infolet

Hi,

There is no preference that has been set by the user. When he logs in to the instance and navigates to the General Ledger infolets, the period seen is Apr-24 and the number of days shows '+8'. This calculation is correct as of 8th May 2024. However, the user is expecting the default period to show the current period May-24 and the number of days to period close to be '-23'.

Please suggest a way to correct this at default level.
