System to look forward 15 days and see if there is an expected step progression

Hello experts,

is it possible to set the effective start date in the Run Grade Step Progression process?

We have a requirement wherein we need to get those employees that will progress if they reached 1 year in their grade step. The request is for the system could look forward 15 days and see if there is an expected step progression.

For example, employee A should progress on May 25,2024 since he already reached 1 year in Grade step. But, at May 10 when the Run Grade Step Progression process run, it should create a record with Effective Start Date of May 25,2024.

DO you have the same requirement from us? Is it possible? Can you share how you resolved it?

Howdy, Stranger!
