Unable to delete Retroactive Pay Run Result element entry from UI (greyed out delete button)
Hello all,
We are currently experiencing an issue whereby we cannot delete element entries from the main UI.
The element entry we are attempting to delete is an 'update', with a date effective from 01-Feb-2024 and an end-date of 29-Feb-2024. We are looking to just delete this specific update. The issue is inconsistent; for some employees we are able to delete this element entry and for other employees the option is 'greyed out'. I have also ran the 'Benefits Person Element Entry' diagnostic test, nothing stands out for the affected element entries.
1.Going into the 'Element Entries' screen and attempting results in the option being greyed out when highlighting the element. There is also no option under Actions, or when clicking the element entry and going into Actions from that screen. (see below).
