Need to add Payment No# to Journal Line Description but cannot find it in Manage Description Rules

Requirement is to add the Payment number in Journal Line description in AP.

Go to Manage Description Rules - Subledger application - Payables - Select Source - Unable to find the Payment Number, can find Payment Amount and payment ccy and Payment Batch Name, Except Payment Number.

Please help why Payment Number cannot find in Manage Description Rules.
