RSSP - Purchase Requisitions (New) blank screen for some users & they cannot use the functionality
Summary:
We have enabled Responsive Self Service Procurement but some users have a blank screen when they go into the Purchase Requisitions (New) tile and cannot use the functionality, and others access it fine without any issue, even though they have the same access.
For the users we cannot get working we have tried Edge, Chrome, Firefox - incognito/private windows - clearing browser cache.
Has anyone seen this problem & do you know how to fix it?
