Candidate Selection Process formula Error Message

Hi All,

We have a requirement in ORC that if a candidate has entered National Identifier which is already in the system then it should not be Moved to HR but there we are only getting duplicate check warning and it can be easily bypassed so for this I have created a fast formula which is restricting candidate with duplicate NID to Move to HR phase but it is not showing any error so anyone has any idea that how we can display error message in the move condition?
