Line manager can't view New award details in notification

Do you know which privilege to add to line manager so that they can view New award details when an employee submit a personal contribution , in notification ?

Line Manager Notification:

Hr Specialist Notification:

The line manager should view the same details as the HR

Can you please advise ?
