How to view Project information on an invoice line without editing?

Summary:

We need the ability to view the AP invoice lines and the POET details without Editing the invoice in Invoice screen in Manage invoices.

As our customer is upgrading from EBS to Cloud, they insist on having an inquiry role in AP that shows the POET details in read only mode. How to achieve this?
