Help desks and Internal service requests
Hi,
We are currently looking at the possibility of more than one Help Desk to manage different types of service requests. I've looked through the help centre but I'm still unsure of the solution.
We currently use Classic HR Help Desk for our HR service requests , but are looking at the potential of help desks for other service areas, initially these are related to HR but are more around data requests than the typical HR Help Desk functions.
Are we able to create an additional HR Help desk for other HR adjacent service requests or are we able to implement other internal service request desks? Ideally we would have this workflow separate for the normal HR Help Desk to reduce the volume in that main HR Help Desk. Or do we need to look at how these are routed from the existing HR Help Desk?
