Integration Inquiry: Utilising Existing App Registration for Microsoft Integration

Currently in the process of implementing Recruiting Booster for a client who already uses ORC. Their IT team is currently working on setting up the integration with Microsoft, and they've asked whether they should utilise their existing App Registration, already set up.

I'd like to clarify which approach is best in this scenario. Additionally, if they choose to use their existing App Registration, what specific considerations should they take into account?
