Chat Business Rule Is Not Getting Triggered from Chat Page

Hello All,

I have a custom chat page where I collect the Customer Information and set the product Working fine,

Then I append all the information again in a URL and send it to another page where am setting the value of product again which i have received from the previous page, Setting the Products in Product widget -- Working fine.


I have created a rule which say "If my product is X then route it to  Y queue" this rule is not getting triggered, i tried putting diffrent case where I have chosen hardCoded email in the Rule instead of Product and it works fine.
