24B-ADDITIONAL REQUISITION FIELDS IN THE JOB SEARCH LIST-Add Flexfields option not working

Summary: 24B -ADDITIONAL REQUISITION FIELDS IN THE JOB SEARCH RESULTS LIST feature- Description in release notes states that Job Requisition Flexfields can be added. Also there is a note that - Only independent flexfields are supported at this time.

We are not clear what does it mean by independent flexfields ? Also when we click on Add flexfields dropdown in the configuration, it does not have any value. Please advise on this functionality?
