Privilege not assigned to role after upgrade

We just had our non-prod environments upgraded to 24B and are currently going through testing. In the release notes there is an area under General Ledger that states to access the 'Accounting Data Archive and Purge' page you need the 'FUN_ARCHIVE_FINANCIALS_BUSINESS_OBJECTS_PRIV' privilege which is in the 'ORA_FUN_FINANCIAL_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB' role. When I search for the privilege, I can find the privilege, but it is not assigned to any role. We use a copy of the Financial App Admin role, and when we updated the role after our instance was upgraded, this privilege did not come up. It is currently not assigned to
