indirect element pass to information element (element not listed in lov)

Summary:

Hello, we are trying to pass an indirect element from an element (primary classification supplemental earnings, priority 3500) to an element with primary classification 'Information'- priority 250) .

The information element does not appear in the LOV when trying to choose the "target Element Name" in the status processing rules.

Here is the element we are passing the values from this element to the "fellow treaty earnings" element seen in second screenshot.

when in 'status processing rules' non-employee 1042 reportable fellowship, adding indirect element, in the LOV under status processing rules- Fellow Treaty earnings does not appear:

here is the information element we we want to pass the value to the 'Amount' (and periodicity and reporting unit)
