The system needs to send the approval to the person assigned to department 18 FINANCE based on the AOR above.

On the transaction console configure rules, I can see only the representative approval as Recruiter or Hiring Manager, however, we need to send for approval depending on the department owner assigned on AOR for the job requisition transactions
