Can we configure publish button to merge changes to another branch instead of main branch

Summary:

By default, in Express Mode when we hit publish button it merges the changes to main branch,

can we point it to merge to another branch for e.g. if I create a branch specific to talent management feature

I want the users who are working on TM related pages can only publish changes to talent management feature

branch when they click publish button.
