Validate Candidate Data on career site with a third party application

Hello everyone,

One scenario that I wanted to discuss, in my client's country there is a public application where people store their National ID, First and Last Name, Date of Birth, religion etc. They want that when someone is applying on their Oracle career site, the mentioned data attribute should get fetched from the application just like what Oracle does with LinkedIn. My question, can we import data from other applications in the career site? If so, what setup do we need to follow?
