Re-Create Offer. Edit Fields

Hello,

We need to modify job offer fields on "Re-Create Offer" on performing the merge action,

We have set up the fields of the job offer using Sandbox, but at the time of performing the merge action the changes does not appear.

Does someone know which Rule is the way to manage this?
