Hi Team,
Client wants to restrict the helpdesk request based on business unit, agents have transferred from BU ''A'' to BU ''B'', after transferring still the agent able to view the request created by them/or wherever user is primary point of contact in BU ''A''
Expected Solution:
Once the agent is transferred to new BU they should not view the service request in old BU even if the request is created by them or if the user is primary point of contact . Is it possible to configure this using Multiple BU Implementation?
