Error in Credit Memo Request Approval

Hi Team,

I had created an dispute for AR invoice, The disput invoice is triggered for Approval. After Approver approving the dispute invoice i am receiving the notification as Error in Credit Memo Request Approval with below error meassage. Attached the screen shot for your refferences

The rules defined under rule set didn't return any results. (FUN-720336)
Cause Probable causes includes a participant doesn't have any active rules, no matching rule exists, the rule definition is incorrect, or none of the rules evaluates to true.
Action Correct the rule definitions under the rule set.
