Change ${InterviewSchedulingInterviewStartDate} token

Hi Community,

Our customer needs to change the  ${InterviewSchedulingInterviewStartDate} token for other without "Europe/Madrid".

We need only the date and hour.

Does somebody know other token for our issue?
