How to remove a completed course from user profiles

Hi All,

I have client requirement to remove a completed course for one user. I was able to Undo Complete of Course, Withdraw that learner and delete the assignment for that employee. But still when we are searching the employee and going to Skills and Qualification, we are still able to see details of removed course. Can anyone please let me know how to remove this completed course from user profiles. Is it possible through HDL? if so any sample dat files anyone have?
