Standard API's to create Payment Request in AP Cloud Fusion

We have a requirement to Automate the Party(Person/Org) creation process in Cloud via third party application. Hence, I'm looking for Standard API's to create Party, Party Site, Party Location, addresses, Party Banking Information. etc, in Oracle Fusion Cloud. This API's are needed to Automate the HZ party creation process in Cloud via third party source. Alternatively, Would like to know if we have any standard templates/functionality within Cloud to create a party without manually intervension.

Also, For Payment Requests in AP, Which API's are used and tablets impacted, as we like to confirm whether banking info. Like IBANK, SWIFTCODE, Bank Acct/Brach No, etc. will be validated ( FBDI template data vs. actual HZ Party Banking info) during the Payment Request Import Process.
