Use Cases for non-supported Talent personalizations

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are currently assessing Redwood pages for our Health Care client. Listed below are the use cases for non-supported personalization that are critical for our business process. Posting them here as suggested by Oracle in one of Redwood Adoption sessions. Would appreciate Oracle guidance/recommendation/roadmap for below use cases.

Use Case #1: Label changes on ‘Skills and Qualifications’ page: We are reusing talent profile templates on the ‘Skills and Qualifications’ page and have made label changes for certain fields using SectionID based EL expressions.

Use Case # 2: DFFs on Performance and Development Goals: We have created six DFFs, three of these are displayed on ‘Performance Goals’ page while the other three are displayed on ‘Development Goals’ page in the RUX pages. In 24B, we are able to view the DFFs on Performance and Development Goals page on Goals Center. However, there is no option available (via Business Rules or otherwise) to display Performance Goal DFFs on Performance Goal page (hiding the Development Goal DFFs) and displaying Development Goal DFFs on Development Goal page (hiding the Performance Goal DFFs).

Howdy, Stranger!
