Transfer Order consumption

Summary:

The requirement is to load and consume all the forecast in the manufacturing plant, and sales will be happening from both manufacturing org and as well as from the Inventory orgs.

We are getting the External forecast from a legacy system at Item-Org level, and the client doesn't have the ratio of the forecast to be associated with each inventory org. Due to which we cannot do the standard transfer order consumption by assigning the customers to the destination org.

Any pointer/suggestions on this will be appreciated.
