We are having issues creating a survey as a line manager.The issues are following my steps below

Navigate to my team

Select create survey and enter a name and select add

Select new question and save

The text response type is defaulted, select the 3 dots and edit

and nothing happens so I cannot add my question?

Any suggestions why this is happening?
