Issue related to duplicate in profile options and career site

I created a profile options for education and by its own showed a duplicate for country and state. This led for a duplicate in the career site but the client wants the country and state section to show I cannot put it as "hide" and even if i put one of the duplicate as "Hide" and kept the other as "show" it will still NOT show in the career site it will get hidden
