Can we assign owner on Lead Using Rule Based assignments ?

Summary:

Is there any functionality available via which we can assign owner on Lead based on some rule (Like based on lead origin or account associated)?

Is there any way we can do it via OOTB Rule based assignment to assign owners on lead? I want to assign a resource as an owner only for some rule. I do not want this for all the rules.
