Browser issue error: You aren't assigned to a business unit that supports requisitioning.

Hello All,
Users facing below issues intermittently. Switching to a different browser or clearing cache and/or cookies usually fixes the issue, but it will reoccur again in the future.
Users have required privileges, Business unit access. But sometimes they are getting below error while entering into requisition page.
1. Error: You aren't assigned to a business unit that supports requisitioning. Please contact your help desk(POR-2010674)
Sometimes below error message while saving the PR
Line 1: The requester is invalid (POR: 2010301)
This misleading message issue is happening only for procurement. It looks like a bug. Any idea to overcome this issue?
