Primary bank account of an employee created via HDL does not showup in Manage Installments LOV

Summary: An employee having multiple bank accounts created using HDL scripts with one of them marked as primary is used in an Expense Report. When the invoice is checked for Manage installments, the bank account is blank.

At the same time when the bank account is created from UI and is marked as primary and used in an expense report, the invoice's manage installment shows the bank account in the LOV.
