Allocation Journal with M source combinations should Generate M Target lines and M offset lines

Summary:

I have requirement to Generate Allocation Journal with Target lines same as source with only seg1 and seg3 different from Source,
in the same way my offset account instead of being one account its should be same as source.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Source take PTD balance for account at 3 different cost centers "001", "002", "003"
Distribution percentage from source to target is based each cost center 1. For source line Cost Center "001" 10% should be allocated to target in the same way for "002" : 20% and "003" : 50% respectively

Note : the Number of Cost Centers and upto 70 with different percentages. help me with the solution for above scenario
