Alert Error: Job Offer Declined External

Summary:

Hi Community - I am running into a consistent error with the alert IRC_JobOffer_Declined_External.

It seems to fail each time an external candidate declines a job offer. The error reads - Error : JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.Exception, msg=java.lang.NullPointerException at java.io.StringReader.(StringReader.java:50) at groovy.text.TemplateEngine.createTemplate(TemplateEngine.java:39) followed by many more lines.

Does anyone have any insight into what may be causing these constant errors?
