Contract Level Increment_Fast Formula in Workforce Compensation Plan
Hello everyone,
one of our clients has made a customization request for a section related to the workforce compensation plan. In the worksheet dispay, the request is to insert a section for contract level increments: there may be both an option for single-level advancement and an option for double-level advancement linked to national collective labor agreements. We have managed to create a formula that links the promotion action to the single-level advancement based on the national collective labor agreements, but we can not manage to create a formula that links the promotion action to a double-level advancement.
Have you ever had similar requests? How do you manage it?
