SSP Responsive UI 24B - Privilege missing

We received the 24B patch in our lower instances on 5/3 and we are trying to enable the below features but the privilege needed to access these features are missing in security console.

1- PROCURE GOODS FROM PREFERRED SOURCES DURING CATALOG SHOPPING - Allow Users to Shop from All Supply Sources during Catalog Shopping (POR_ALLOW_SHOPPING_FROM_ALL_SOURCES_PRIV) to view and shop from the alternate supply sources.

2- CREATE REQUISITIONS AND PURCHASE ORDERS REQUIRING SPECIAL HANDLING - Create Requisition with Special Handling (POR_CREATE_REQUISITION_WITH_SPECIAL_HANDLING)

Has anyone else noticed this issue ?
