Can we bring talent profile in compensation workbench

Summary:

We have a requirement to bring the talent profile in the worksheet, similar to "Additional Information" where we have "Compensation History" , "job history" or "absence history" ? If not, can we add a deep link against each employee's record to open person profile. Requirement is that manager needs to look at the person profile such as skills, licenses, certification etc. before making suggestion/decision.
