Summary:

We had a user create an Invalid Intersection Report, and the audit log information for this action was a bit unclear. In the audit records, the creation of this report is labeled as a Data Form Artifact, and not a Report as we would expect it to be. Does anyone know why it is labeled this way in Audit?
