What is the base table that stores responses from Offboarding journey tasks?

There is a questionnaire added to the Offboarding journey task. The responses captured in the questionnaire needs to be reported. Can you provide the base table name that stores responses from Offboarding journey tasks? I don't see any data for the offboarding tasks in PER_CHK_ARCH_ALLOC_TASKS or PER_CHK_ARCH_ALLOCATIONS table.
