To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Enable Disqualification Questions

Summary:

We're aware that typically, the disqualification question needs to be tagged to location or job family for it to be triggered. However, this doesn't serve our current business needs effectively. As a temporary solution, we've taken the following steps, detailed below. We have created SR with Oracle and they haven't provided the required inputs.

Question: We've created a new Requisition File and removed the 'Disqualification Section'. However, when a candidate applies for the job, the Disqualification section appears automatically. Could this be due to the configuration maintained at Configuration > Taleo Recruiting Administration > Taleo Recruiting Settings > Enable Disqualification Questions > 'Yes'?

Howdy, Stranger!
