Need Steps to create New Retro element

Summary:

We have Element - Other Stipend originally created with out enabling Retro option. This Element is attached to the Individual compensation Plan (ICP).

Now, Customer wants to have Retro element for this as there are instances the Manager approves the request after the cut off and this needs to paid under Retro in the next period.

Hence, we need the steps to create to Retro elements for this.
