Attribute list under Information template not displayed

I am trying to create an Information template and add attribute lists to the same. However, i am not seeing anything coming in LOV.

I have tried creating a new attribute list under "Manage attribute lists" task and also tried creating DFFs using "Manage Information Templates Descriptive flexfields". But none of the tasks are solving my issue. Please help me to know the steps to create the same and the use of attribute lists with an example.
