Prohibit Self-Approval based on AFF value

We want to disallow self-approval only if the AFF is a specific value in FinGlJournalApproval.

Is it possible to achieve this by setting the Payload Attributes?

Also, if possible, could you tell me how to create an expression to set on the payload attribute?
