notification management in preference option

Hi!

I would like to offer the option for the field ressources to manage the notification and vibration option.
Those features are present in the ''Edit Resource/User".

Is there a way to implement those features in ''Preference''?
When i try to had the options in ''Preference'' the option are not present.
