Specific to TCC 22A.1, is the current version of Java version(1.8.0_321) still supported?

Summary:

We have heard from some partners that Java 8 is unsupported and may have some security vulnerabilities. Does anyone have any information to support this claim? Does anyone have any insight on if/when this version will be updated to a more current version of Java?
