Filter issue with qualification

Summary:

When I try to apply filter condition based on qualification the beavior is not the same.

Normaly, when i insert multiple values in a condition, the filter beavior use a OR.
When i use qualification field for filter, the system apply a AND.

Did you have the same beavior?
