Poland Localization for Per diem calculation in foreign currency

Summary:

Oracle currently calculates the exchange rate for each day of the Per Diem e.g. if the trip is 1st March - 4th March then the exchange rate used will be those defined for each day i.e. 1st, 2nd,3rd and 4th. The client requirement is that the exchange rate used should be for the previous day of the Expense Report submission date and that rate should spread across all days of the trip.
So in this example if the trip is for 1st March - 4th March and the expense Report is submitted on 30th March then the Exchange rate should be used for 29th March (previous day of the ER submission date) and that rate should be applied for all the 4 days (1st March - 4th March) of the trip for calculating the PerDiem amount of the trip.
