Duplicate Grade Names in Workforce Compensation Grade Filter

Summary:

We have multiple grades set up with the same grade names, but are mapped to different jobs, this is our way of doing job based pay ranges with grade rates. The grade code shows the different job codes appended on the end. Because of this in the workforce compensation plan, we use Grade as a filter, while the grade filter shows only the grade name, the grades are duplicated in the filter, there are multiple 26s, 27s, 28s etc shown in the display

Outside of creating a new user defined text column, we would like to know if there’s any way to consolidate those grades in the filter so we only see 1 grade name for the filter.

Howdy, Stranger!
